Bali surfing today on the Bukit
Nice surfing out on the Bukit today. Plenty of dudes carving up the face and doing all that stuff that surfers do. Here’s what BaliWaves had to say about it.

****MORNING SURF UP-DATE**** Good morning reef riders and thanks for dropping into the, NB: “still free” to air baliwaves. More on that later on. Ok I was down checking surfing conditions on the Outer Reefs this morning, as usual @ 6.30am. Sometime through the wee hours the new swell system has arrived to Bali’s shore line and we now have 3-5 footers hitting Kuta Reef and all sections south to Airport left. The tide was getting pretty dry with the Low keyed in for 8.00am @ 0.4 of a metre, so Kuta Reef and Airports will be starting to crank from around mid morning onwards. The next High Tide will be happening around 2.00pm and reaching upta 2.1mtrs. Earlier wind direction was coming outta the NNW @ 3-6knot and on-shore, but we can expect the ESE-SE off-shore Tradewind to kick in anytime, and tidy up the waves. Weatherwise it’s all looking good outside with plenty of blue sky, another classic day for the beach lovers here on holiday. Surfwise, it’s one of those, take ya pick where ya wanna surf type days. Me I’m heading South with the 1000mm lens and I’ve got my bro WDT going for a swim out at Kuta Reef with his water housing. Yeah we now have another photographic angle to add to baliwaves.com with Wavey Dave Tinson joining the Team. Alright expect a shit load of new photos straight outta Bali later on this afternoon. I also wanna Thank the 10 surfers who have made a contribution to the up-keep of baliwaves.com. Surfers 10, Bodyboarders 0. I’m gunna keep my hand out for another 2 weeks and see how we go and then take it from there. Until later, the very Best Regards from the wave riddled island of Bali.
Right now Baliwaves doesn’t have a pot to piss in, or a window to throw it out of. So if you are cash happy, and feel like sending a dollar to the boys on the Bukit, in appreciaton for all their hard work, be my guest.
