Double Six nightclub Bali

Bali has an ever growing assortment of nightlife venues, providing everything from relaxing lounge bars such as Hu’u, to rowdy yahoo bars such as Bounty, to pumping nightclubs such as MBarGo. The daddy of them all is Double Six, located at the beach end of Jl. Double Six.

Set in the same site as AJ Hackett’s bungy tower, Double Six opens its doors at 11pm and closes at 6am. You’ll need some stamina to stay with this place’s schedule. Double Six renovated a couple of years ago and turned its open air club into a modern AC place fully enclosed. The 15,000 watt sound system keeps half the neighborhood awake and partiers happy. Entrance fee is 50,000rp and the places gets rocking around 3am, Friday and Saturdays are the busy nights.

Double Six features internationally renowned DJ’s who fly for a set as part of their world tour. This really hots up in June-August and around Christmas / New Years. There’s no dress code at Double Six and no one will bother you for an ID. Double Six has a wonderful location next to the beach, so if the crowds are getting to you its possible to step out for a breather. Alternatively you might take a stroll down to one of the other happening bars close by such as Bacio, La Vida Loca or DeJaVu and return to the real action later. One thing is for sure, people who need all night party action can find it at Double Six.
