Power outage in Seminyak Bali

This morning in Seminyak I talked to the waitress at Cafe Seminyak, who’s sister was injured in the Raja’s blast. She’s better, but still out of work. If anyone has a cashiering job, go to Cafe Seminyak and ask about the Raja’s cashier.

At home I was able to do some things on my computer. With the doors closed, the fan and AC on, it was comfortable. Suddenly the power went out, meaning so did my internet connection. Two internet cafes on Jl. Dhyana Pura were closed due to the power and I was told it would be afternoon till its back on. That’s part of living in Bali, not much I can do except re-work my plans.
Internet Outpost on Poppies II in Kuta has power and I am sitting with 3 staff and 3 customers. Its good to be around the tourists once in a while to see what’s going on.
