Giant acquarium to be built in Sanur Bali
Bali has an abundance of unique marine life, as does the rest of Indonesia. A British company plans to build a giant aquarium in Sanur as a tourist attraction and also as a way to help preserve some of the unique marine life.
The area of the aquarium will be near the beach between Sanur Kuah and Padang Galak Kesiman and occupy 2 hectares. That won’t be cheap and the company, Newman Bio Marine Pte Ltd, will have to get permits from Jakarta to use sea water for the tanks. Will be a great asset to have a facility that helps to preserve the marine environment.
