The official opening of this eatery and entertainment centre built right in the middle of Kuta on three floors, including a newly opened roof garden. During a full day of entertainment, there’ll be special performances, free giveaways and complimentary food and beverage tastings. From 10am till late.
Saturday Sept 2nd
Double Six Beach
Bali Free Ride Nations Cup
ESPN will be filming this international Jetski competition, as riders from the International Freeride Watercraft Association (IFWA) battle it out on the ocean waves. Expect to see some mindblowing tricks and stunts in the two classes, Pro Stand Up and Pro Sit Down. Total prize money is a whopping US$31K. Not to be missed! Continued on the following day.

4th Annual I’m An Angel Charity Event
The 4th annual of this charity fundraiser, which generates support for social & economic outreach programs for under privileged children throughout Bali. THis promises to be a passionate & inspiring evening so don’t forget to bring your generosity as this evening of fine dining and auctioning raises money for the children. All proceeds of the evening (restaurant sales/ticket sales/auction bids) are distributed over the course of the year through the “I’m An Angel” charity comitee providing sustainable health, housing and education to children in need. Some of the programs that are initiated through the “Im An Angel” charity are matched dollar for dollar by the Indonesian goverment and donated in a combined effort towards improving the future of many generations to come. With DJ Donni 1 (AUS) and Billy the Kid (AUS) on the groove plus live music perfromance. Set menu dinner from 7-11pm, Dinner/Show and auction tickets RP 1.3 mill nett and glass of Moet Chandon on arrival.

Sunset Gathering
Launch of compilation album “The Skipped Tracks” where each of Bali’s big name bands including Navicula, Telephone, Nanoe Biroe, Born by Mistake and more contribute a song to the album. You’ll be able to see them all live on stage this afternoon and evening. From 4pm
Wednesday Sept 6th
Cafe Wayang, Sanur
Kerispatih Live On Stage
The second visit to the island for this pop outfit from Jakarta will hopely pull more of their hard core fans to the newly face lifted cafe in Sanur. “Kejujuran Hati” is their debut album and also the name of the track that put their name into the hearts of local music lovers. From 11pm

Indonesian Idols Live n Stage
2006 has seen a whole new selection of hopeful singers competing for the title of Indonesian Idol 2006. The numbers have been whittled down to just 12 contestants – Ilham, Maria, Tessa, Brinet, Dirly, Ihsan, Gea, Lee, Christy, Nobo, Depe and Sisi who’ll all be trying to show Bali exactly why they should be chosen as the next big star.
