Art Markets in Sanur

Sanur has a decent beach and is a really well patronised first-class resort area in Bali. It appeals to European tourists and it is family friendly with good hotels, plenty of shops and places to eat, moreover, it is a lower stress environment than Kuta. Although not a place where I would stay, Sanur does have some fabulous attractions.

Without a doubt Sanur’s best attraction is its laid-back atmosphere. Couple that with
magnificent white, soft sandy beaches and a plethora of water sports available and you have one heck of a resort area.

The attraction not to miss in Sanur is its local art markets. Here you will find an array of items such as handicrafts, clothing, paintings, ceramics, and other unique accessories. Any of these markets are a pleasure to meander through and enjoy the atmosphere.

Whenever I head over to the markets in Sanur, I find it delightful afterwards to wander along the beach and stop at a few of the warungs located there. Nothing is more enjoyable than a cool drink, a cool breeze and a cool place to enjoy the beauty of Sanur.
